Fitness center is tiny, room was very stuffy and close to the road.

This property going through renovation. Everything was very difficult, parking, staff, amenities. They force you to use their app. Staff clearly says, if you bok through the third party, no help!! Way too expensive. Wonder why popular travel busses were there? Do they get a better deal? No better than a cheap Motel

It's a very good hotel, but still undergoing a lot of construction. Do not expect to have your room ready much before 4:00. I stayed there two nights, a week apart. Both times I arrived a bit early, hoping to relax in my room. Both times I got in just before 4;00. It's a very popular tourist hotel in downtown Banff, so expect crowding.

Close to everything

The parts that were done with the construction were very nice. We had an updated room but the AC was not great and the room would not get colder than 72 degrees. We also caught a carpet nail in our tire from the parking garage due to the construction and the staff didn't seemed to care that we incurred the costs and had to spend our entire morning at a local tore shop before we could leave.

Great Location and walkable to many restaurants and activities in and around Banff - Rooms recently updated and beautiful

Everything was super cleaned and really liked the timely maintenance of the rooms. Staff was very nice and informative.

The experience was amazing from start to finish - friendly staff, easy check in, clean room, excellent pool area, location was perfect in central Banff, parking was free and safe / secure, and check out was easy. No faults with this hotel. Location was everything !

We loved the room and amenities.
