Overall a decent stay. Perfect location! Very helpful staff. The only thing I wish was made clearer is that the parking is actually an underground garage located in the neighboring hotel, the same goes with the pool which is also a good five minute trek to the other hotel. Very nice that they offered both of these things but I wish I had known they were located like this.

I like about early check in. Staff was so friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. This is my second time staying at Bow view lodge. Great experience.

For the amount paid per night, the hotel is not maintained well.

Late check ins does not get the parking in the hotel, because it is such a small parking space. But they will give you another parking spot little away from the hotel

Lots of parking. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

The hotel has an excellent location. It’s right next to the river and within easy walking distance to downtown Banff. Our room had a balcony which overlooks the river and is a peaceful retreat at the beginning and end of a busy day.

Nice view
