Rien a redire vraiment. Très bien situé en plus

The hotel is in a good location; however, the room condition and bathroom were only average and did not meet expectations. During my stay, the TV stand fell and injured my leg. Although I reported the incident, it was not replaced, and no compensation or apology was offered. Additionally, there was no digital entertainment available in the room during our stay, which was disappointing, especially for the children. The room was advertised as family-friendly, but in reality, it lacked the facilities and comfort expected for a family stay. Considering the price paid, the overall value was poor. While the location is a positive aspect, the room quality, maintenance issues, lack of entertainment, and poor customer service made this a very disappointing experience overall.

The room is super clean with sauna. The staff is very friendly. We wish we could stay longer.

Great room with a cool balcony looking over the city. Only complaint was the water pressure and temperature on the 10th floor but you’ll have that with tall buildings

Huge room but not sound proof

Like this hotel. Comfortable, friendly, good breakfast and convenient for some nice restaurants and where I need to get to for business.

really nice hotel, cozy room with enough space. Clean toilet and bathroom. Not very sound proof though, can hear clearly what neighbors are busying with.
