I had rang up earlier during the day to ask about the air con but after I checked in I was told the air con was not working! I couldn't sleep. I was told I could wait until it was midnight when it should be down to 18 degrees! Would not recommend

I was in room 101 and it was auful!! very run down and in need of repair and refurbishment

The AC wasn't working at all, the temperature was rising in the room, very unpleasant. The fridge wasn't working as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.

Location is good with close access to public transportation. Overall was a good place.

The staff were rude, the night shift staff came to our room accusing us of making noise and having a party. Saying that another customer had accused us of making noise. This wasn’t true, I was in room with my partner just talking. Also I paid for €15 for late checkout, but the cleaners came straight into the room without knocking, very disappointing.

Good value for

The building and setup felt old and a little run down, but it’s very clean and staff are very friendly. Great little coffee shop next door for breakfast instead.

Very accessible short walk from the tram stop. Room was spacious for its price.

Quite OK hotel, basic but clean and comfortable
