The staff we encountered was friendly. The location is highly convenient, especially if you intend to do the whole Disney thing. The resort was clean and pretty the only hiccup was the plumbing, the water pressure was non existent and the shower was still clogged

Me and family enjoyed our stay... will come back

We stayed in a two bedroom unit. The pool and pool cafe is open till 11 pm on Saturday night which helped to allow us to enjoy the pool area after our day at the park. The food was good and tasty. The pool was very nice. We would choose this again.

I would never stay at this property again . The first day the room they gave us had a bad moldy smell to it. They had no linens for the pullout couch . They did bring them but said they had no more pillows. They did move our room . The next room there was no hot water found a roach on my granddaughters suitcase might have come from the first room . Tried calling ,messaging and even went to front desk to speak with manager no such luck. They said they fixed the hot water but second night water Luke warm . Property ground very dirty. I have pictures of corridors and elevators. I have stayed in many places in Orlando this property was the worst .

Fantastic resort close to all parks. Great pool and property. Front desk workers were some of the best around. Only complaint is 19.50 for a house vodka cranberry is crazy.

Honestly nothing was clean. We got this room and the sheets had blood in it. Phones didn’t work, kitchen sink was broken, you couldn’t charge your phone because the plug didn’t work. Honestly wouldn’t recommend and not coming back for sure. The workers were nice though.
