This was by far one of the best hotels we've stayed in our entire trip! The staff was very kind and helpful and the room was brand new and clean! The beds were so comfy and the coffee and amenities were perfect. I'll definitely recommend and will come back!

Very friendly staff and I had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend any of their properties. Not as luxe as the sister hotel but sufficient for my needs. Clean & simple. Lovely restaurant attached with outdoor patio.

Air conditioning was ineffective and inconsistent. Once issue was reported, staff did promptly respond and brought us fans but given the extreme heat situations they could have at least offered an additional bottle of water, ice or followed up with us to check on the comfort situation as we are senior citizens and extreme heat becomes a potential health issue. They did not go the extra mile. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean.

Nice place to stay. If you’re looking for good air conditioning look elsewhere. Otherwise everything was great

The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff was top notch. Our room had complimentary fresh biscotti, sweet chocolates upon our arrival. There were also robes and slippers for us. Nice touch. We would surely stay again and will refer to our friends.

The hotel was to a high standard. The staff were really helpful, giving suggestions on where to go and what to do. The receptionist spoke great English and was super helpful.
The rooms are a nice size and very clean and tidy.
Would recommend as a place to stay in Salzburg.
