Few minutes walk to Salzburg train station, many shops nearby.

Convenient to the train station.

The location was great for us - close to the train station (walking distance) and the bus that takes you to the touristy Old Town. We had our 7yr kiddo with us so the 15-20 min walk to the Old Town every night was out of the question - easy to get an Uber or taxi as well. It is under construction right now so there is dust around, FYI. There is a mall right across the street which was very convenient. When we checked in, the gentleman who helped us was great - very polite and professional. Unfortunately, when we got to the room, there was hair all over the bathroom - on the WALLS - so you know it was there for a while. And the entire stay there seemed to be an issue with a lack of towels. My husband had to literally go to the pool one night to find towels! It was strange - when the housekeeping would come, they wouldn't leave any fresh towels. Other than those two issues, the room was comfortable (pillow/beds) and dark with light blocking shades. It was a pretty big room for European standards.

The hotel is close to train station and little far from the old town. It is a new building and all facilities are new. In room, there is no cold water bottle. I remember that there is neither coffee spoon nor stir in room. Overall, it is an excellent hotel.

Great stay in Salzburg. The hotel is excellent with nice rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. Free transit tickets were appreciated too.

Air con in room didn’t work and would only push out warm air. Only two pillows total provided. Not a restful nights sleep.

The surroundings of the hotel (train station and the next-door construction site) were less attractive than expected.

The property is minutes away from train station. Area is a little ok. Property is good with good amenities. We hadnt opted for breakfast so cannot comment. Overall it was comfortable stay.
