The hotel is modern, clean, and well-equipped. Breakfast was very good. There's not much within a walking distance of the hotel. Something we hadn't appreciated was that there is no free parking available on site. You can either pay to park or attempt to find street parking nearby. We chose the latter and were fortunate to find a spot within 200m or so. But the hotel didn't seem busy at the time so my guess is parking may be at a premium other times. Overall, a good hotel.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are average size, bed was comfortable and room clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Dirty, run down. Not worth the money

For the price, everything was very basic. Nothing extra in the rooms. The parking was misleading. I chose this property because it advertised free parking and when we got there it turned out to be free parking on the street with a convoluted description of which streets were recommended but some were only at certain times of the day and the one that was free all day was miles away. We had no choice but to park in the public carpark nextdoor. Despite a discount, it still cost us $40 for the first night and $25 for subsequent nights. It was a complicated system that honestly confused me and the staff weren't very good at explaining it. The restaurant in the hotel was closed on our first night which was a Saturday. No warning or notice, only found out when we went down to eat. Ended up eating at the Atrium in the Pavilion 5mins away and the service was so good, we will be staying there the next time we are in Canberra. They also have convenient parking on site and way more amenities. And it is cheaper!

Confusion about parking charges, breakfast charges and tricky location. Must admit the room was nice for the price. Notes withing the system and communication between staff needs attention

Was very noisy with the nearby construction and at night I could hear people laughing loud in the street (or on the balcony of the bar in the hotel?). Carpark is not in use so a bit annoying to use the next door carpark and lift, luckily I didn’t pack much otherwise I’d be annoyed with the walk. Wouldn’t stay here again. Was clean though and staff were helpful/ friendly.
