Great location spa and price

Amazing customer service and helpful receptionists on 17/6 till 19/6. My wife enjoyed the stay in Grand this round, especially with the upgrade.

Our favorite place to stay, convenient to everything, the staff are lovely, if your a SHOW member at Skycity then even better. Cheaper or FREE parking depending on the status of your membership. There is a nice terrace outside (where you can vape or smoke), a gym with basic gear (still better than nothing) a sauna and spa. The restaurants are yummy. The East Day Spa is an amazing, beautiful treat. We can't wait to stay again. Highly recommend and its even better when Expedia have a special.

This is a hotel with the perfect location for visiting Auckland, central and close to many attractions. The SKY Tower was outside of our window and across the street, numerous restaurants and bars walkable from here as well. The bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, and massive bath towels. I had a parcel delivered to the hotel prior to arrival and the staff sorted it for me with no issues. I was also given a late check out when Air NZ changed my flight. Top notch service.

Room was clean and up to a high standard. Dinner I had next door which was part of the complex. I didn’t go for breakfast this time as it’s pretty average now, compared to when it used to be on the ground floor.

While our room was comfortable & great location - the staff need to work on their customer service. We weren't advised of our free room credit on check in & even when I confirmed it with staff, it wasn't applied at check out. until I reminded them again that we were over charged. Check out is 11am but house keeping knocked on our door at 9.30am asking to make up the room. Also at check out after settling our room service bill, the receptionist asked to see the credit card we used for the bond again, which was unnecessary and a bit rude. Staff aside, the room was great.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Grand by SkyCity Auckland. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city, enjoy the waterfront, and access great restaurants and attractions. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptional, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations or any requests we had. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a luxurious feel while still being welcoming and comfortable. We especially appreciated the convenient access to SkyCity and the variety of dining options nearby. This was the perfect way to end our New Zealand adventure, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
