The staff are very nice all others I rate it 5 stars. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

A lovely modern hotel conveniently located by the airport and a short bus ride from the city center. We did wish the amenities had included a way to make tea or coffee in the room.

Perfect for our needs. Arrived late, flew out early. Hotel is very clean, towels plentiful, lovely views, quiet. Comfortable beds. My only complaints - no coffee maker or kettle in the room and refrigerator was not working. Otherwise all good. Ideal for easy airport access.

This venue, Hotel Penz at the airport, is immaculate. Super courteous staff, clean rooms, an awesome breakfast buffet, and of course in walking distance to the airport as well as the bus station. Highly recommendable!!!

Excellent place! I will return adn stay longer! The staff was spectacular adn the room was so very clean adn comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many options to choose from. Beautiful place.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Room beautiful with amazing views everywhere. 5 min walk to airport and half an hour into Innsbruck . Loads of restaurants there. Spa and gym excellent and staff at reception so helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend.

Clean room, polite staff and excellent breakfast.

Excellent room which has been refurbished since our last visit. Staff couldn't be more helpful and willing to assist at reception and breakfast room

About a 20 minute “F” bus ride from the main Innsbruck station but worth it for the mountain view and quiet neighborhood. I enjoy these family run hotels. The staff were very personal and offered good recommendations. The hotel is modern and clean. The hotel also has a sauna, restaurant and bar for you to enjoy. It’s near the airport but the planes don’t fly late in the evening so it’s mostly quiet. That was a concern of mine but it was a pleasant stay overall.

Yes, it all did. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The views are good. Accessibility is amazing. You can walk to the airport. There's a bus (F route) into the center of Innsbruck which takes about 15 minutes. The bus runs every ten minutes to the stop by the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel is good and expansive - include it in your booking.
