The hotel is very well located to the train station and all that the city offers. The staff could not have been more helpful. The bar was ok, just not that much room. The air conditioning worked really well, and the room was very comfortable and quiet

Great location!

Staff were very friendly & helpful

Nice hotel with parking in center of town

Great location Bright and clean room Welcoming and helpful staff

Very nice hotel close to the train station and central town. The staff was very gracious and made sure our luggage was safe before and after checkout. The tap water was the best water I’ve had in long while.

The hotel is well located, very clean and the beds very comfortable. I would definitely come back. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful upon learning it was my first time in the area. Walking distance from the train station as well as the old town. Definitely will recommend and will book again if I get back to Innsbruck

Clean room with air conditioning.

Good location with friendly helpful staff. Small but clean and efficient rooms
