The cleanliness of the property was great but the lack of a room service (not one for a 6 night stay) was completely inadequate and disappointing.

Went to check in and they claimed they didn’t receive my payment, then had to pay twice for the room, got placed into a car park on the property, one hour later got abused by their security officer, the following morning received a phone call from the front desk telling me that the tow truck was there to tow my car from a park that I was permitted to parking with a displayed parking permit from the hotel on the dash. Would not recommend this hotel at all, could not been anymore disappointing if they try, thank you for making my family even more stressed as we watch our father in ICU fighting for life

Reasonable place for an overnight stay and nice and close to the heart of the Valley. I think next time it would have been good to know if there was any unexpected marches on the day, as the roads were blocked off, to plan for check outs - especially needing to catch a flight. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

Great place to stay in Fortitude valley. Remarkable rooftop with pool and sensational views. Good value at the price point.

I expected amenities like charging phone or usb socket in bed room and tooth brush in bathroom but they don’t have provide in our room. If we ask them, we may have one but we pretty busy to stay there. Don’t have time to asked them. So it was bit concerned.
