Had the best time. Beautiful property. Very nice staff. Good food.

Staff was very helpful and food was great. Looks were spacious. Really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are beautiful however they need some maintenance done on the air conditioning and hot water. We experienced having to change rooms where both rooms had problems. I would advise of better upkeep of the individual rooms, the staff was helpful overall however we upgraded to a suite with butler service which was not available as we expected it to be. I celebrated my 10 Year Wedding Anniversary Renewal and husband’s birthday there where the wedding coordinator KaTia was awesome on helping to make the ceremony run smoothly and help with celebrating my husband. Overall, the bartenders in Aqua Lounge were great, Ergo Bar was okay, the food was okay as well. The pools were okay, continental breakfast or room service are the only choices, no al le carte. I have been to other resorts in Cancun to compare Aqua Live too, so my experience here is based upon what I have experienced other places in Cancun as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Live Aqua Cancún! We had an incredible experience at Live Aqua Cancún! The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning ocean views, a relaxing atmosphere, and spotless grounds. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was excellent, with a great variety of restaurants and delicious options every day. The drinks were top-notch, and the pool and beach service made it easy to relax without ever having to leave our chairs. The beach was gorgeous, with soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views. We especially appreciated the peaceful, adults-only environment, which made it the perfect place to unwind. If you’re looking for a luxurious all-inclusive resort with outstanding service, amazing dining, and a beautiful beachfront location, I highly recommend Live Aqua Cancún. We can’t wait to come back!

Safe environment friendly stuff

Very low key. The staff is great. The food is very good and the drinks in the Aqua Club were on point.

The fridge in the room was never replenished with waters. The coffee machine in the room had no cups to make coffee. The hotel advertised 10 restaurants, but they are never all opened. The schedule of food was kind of confusing when each restaurant was open or closed. Make sure dudes pack pants and closed toed shoes for mb which is one of the most popular restaurants. If you are looking for a sleepy low key hotel this is your spot. If you are active and like to play games like pool volleyball go to the Riu next door. The food was fine nothing super exciting. Pool bar staff and all staff members were so kind and helpful. Not many pool chairs claim your spot early! Hope this helps someone else.
