很好 The view of the room was disappointing - even though it said it would be view on the park. The Welcome screen on the TV with your name is a nice touch but they got my title wrong: Mr instead of Ms. It would be nice to have parking facilities or at least a discount on the nearby parking

Anyone going to Lyon should stay here. Beautiful area with a gorgeous park and zoo across the road, Beautiful restaurants around the hotel and inside it. Amazing staff, big room with beautiful park views. Really loved this hotel! And the price is excellent for what you get.

We really enjoyed our stay in crown plaza Lyon. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The lady at the reception who checked us in specifically was very helpful and helped us with all the information we needed with travelling around the area, food recommendations and anything else we needed. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good as well and the waiting staff in the restaurant area was very pleasant and friendly. Couldn’t complain about anything in the hotel, everything was very nice and clean.
