View spectacular. Suite nice, however unable to get it cool. Used fan in room to help sleep.

Great location (go through the mall from Part Dieu - don’t follow google maps). About 5 mins from station and 20 mins to river. Room was good but air con wasn’t great - no covers needed at night. Breakfast was one of the best ever (loose leaf green tea, toppings for yoghurt). Loved online check in/out.

So I cancelled my initial travel reservations at a different location and I am gratefully glad I did. This place was amazing with staff, accommodations, help, and most of all, dinner. Best dinner in a very very long time and it was well worth the stay and experience. Thank you very much.

Enjoyed our stay at Radison in Lyon. It had all the modern convinces at hotel. It is has a street car line across the street from entrance which makes for an easy ride into Old Town Lyon or most other places you may want to go. It's an easy walk to the train station. They had a good breakfast buffet that was pretty expensive. They also have a restaurant and bar on site with nice views of the city. In general the food and drinks are more expensive for the view than what you can get in town.

Very convenient location for the main station. More a business hotel than a tourist hotel. Only one lift servicing the 32 nd floor reception for some of our stay - not acceptable. Hotel public areas often very busy with business conferences/meetings. Little sense of service - everything had a price tag associated with it.

I didint know that hotel was only located from 32nd floor and above. To get to reception was scary, I understand that the entrance was under construction but it was very tiring to get 32nd floor by the slow lift and then get another lift to get to your room. My check in was sweet, I had a very friendly guy who was half French half English he was very helpful and check out was smooth but there was a long queue for it. Room service was extremely poor as asking a simple black tea bag became very challenging with room service lady who couldn’t speak a word of English. Hotel is locating very close to Westfield shopping center and all the main train stations and trams. So traveling there wasn’t hard. It was very disappointing that hotel just wanna charge for anything such as late check out which many hotels are offering it for free. That didint feel good.

Clean, quiet, and great restaurant. Staff were wonderfully helpful! Our only complaint is the temporary construction in the lobby making arrival awkward and confusing.

Friendly staff. Hotel itself is abit run down and there was a smell in the room itself. No windows to open in room to air things out. Otherwise, it was a clean and comfortable room and enjoyed the stay.

Great hotel with higher end Raddison amenities including comfortable bed. If arring by train, just walk across the street and cut through the shopping mall. Entrance is to the right of the stairs. Go straight and you will arrive at the hotel. Six minutes. Note... the hotel is in the top floors of the tower. Take elevator to floor 32 to reception desk. Rooms are above 32... Great views of the city.
