Breakfast was lovely, and the view from the salon very interesting. Room was ample, although it didn’t have the extra bed the title suggested. Staff was attentive, but they missed a couple of minor things. Would stay again, though.

The location is nice, except when there are protesters around El Zócalo and you need to take a flight. Always check with staff. It would be nice if they had other TV channels besides the local ones.

Great hotel if you want to be right in the city center. The Zocalo was literally around the corner and all shops and places to eat were walking distance. Hotel was able to do early check in for me and check out was super smooth. Housekeepers always made sure we had everything we needed and kept the rooms clean and organized. Highly recommend.
