This hotel is “easy”. Sometimes when traveling I can feel overwhelmed, but this hotel is close to everything. Parking is right there, it has a bar/restaurant and the pool looked amazing. As a DVC member, I will definitely be staying here again. Staff were very nice, room was super clean, and the view was spectacular.

This was one of the best stays I’ve had in my years of travel. Everyone was nice, friendly, and helpful the entire trip. The front desk representatives were polite and kind; the kitchen staff for breakfast each day were hard working and helpful, as well as the bartender. The rooms, floors, dining room, and elevator were always clean. The 10 minutes walk to Disney Springs made the location sweeter. I truly didn’t find one issue. Thank you!

很好 Just checking in the front desk clerk was amazing. Help with the luggage are stay was excellent. Have no complaints. Couple more cows at the pool would’ve been nice, but it was OK.

We booked through a 3rd party and as expected received a room on the 2nd floor with a view of the parking lot. The room was clean and stocked with everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn. The in-room coffee was actually very good. Location is amazing being only a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs, and minutes to all of the parks. Bar manager and bartenders were very personable. I would definitely go back and would recommend this property to anyone wanting to be close to the Disney parks.

It is within a 7-10 minute walk to Disney Springs. You get 2 free water bottles daily, shuttle service to all 4 parks, and they give you two drink tickets to the onsite bar.

Very good hotel. However, the bathroom of my room was very outdated and the shower tub got clogged easily. Also, there was some rust in the tub and other places. The staff was very polite. The bartenders were very friendly and prepared excellent drinks. I would stay here again.
