Great clean rooms. Helpful staff

I really did not like the area

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and useful for myself and family for a 3 day stay.

Our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was balanced. Restaurants are within walking distance. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and the subway station is just a few blocks away.

NEED better breakfast options and need to clean the room daily.

Room had some maintenance issues, but they were mostly resolved. The TV came on, but remote would not work. We called maintenance and they came by. The remote worked, but we had to reboot (unplug and replug) the TV. We had to do that the next day too. The A/C was either too warm or too cold. We had a hard time getting it to a happy medium. Not sure why, but we fooled with it the 3 days we were there. Also, the elevators seemed to be slower than normal. Other than the maintenance issues, breakfast was good. Location was good for what we were doing. Front desk staff were all excellent.

We stayed two nights as a family. The building and staff were nice. The location is not as attractive but subway station is close.

This was a great stay for a sightseeing trip. It’s close to the subway, the staff was super kind and helpful and the room was very spacious which is a find in NYC for the price!
