We recently stayed here for a last minute weekend getaway, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked through the doors the lobby smell and decor was welcoming. And the flavored water was an excellent touch.
The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and managed to check us in early without any hassle. Every staff member we encountered—from Housekeeping was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. Our room was clean and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable (we slept like babies!).

The lobby area, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and organized. Some of the outlets in the were not working during or positioned too far away for easy access. I would absolutely stay here again!

極佳 Coffee should be free for guests, and the coffee was a machine and tasted horrible.

很好獨自入住
Would’ve given this 5 stars but the WiFi was essentially non-existent. Only got 2mbps and it barely held a connection so it was completely unusable. Don’t stay here if you plan on getting some work done…you won’t be able to. Otherwise, no issues and a clean room.

不錯工幹
The stay was fine. I was't in the room alot. But I never got a receipt for the stay. There was somehow 2 bookings. Desk agent canceled booth and rebooked. He said he was going to cancel one of the stays but canceled both and rebooked. This made the stay more expensive. The amount was not too much more but it was still more.
Trying to get a receipt for my stay was like pulling teeth. I probably won't stay at this property again, unless I have no choices.

I loved the fact that a few minutes after arriving we got a call to our room asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Wonderful customer service. Also the room was super clean down to the bedsheets!!
