The rooms okay. Been there few times already. What I didn’t like their and made me not want to use Novotel for business and family vacation or stop over before/after flights- my kid was hurt their they keep saying they will send a nurse but it took 3-4 calls before they send a nurse who did. NotHING BUT TOOK PICTURES. My kid was shaking scared and they surround him and took pictures again.. men in black. They made my kid even more scared. The part that made mad was just to hide us the made us wait almost hour after the call they finally send us to hospital. Did not accompany my wife. The thing is I was in the video call when my son got hurt, my wife crying, and them waiting for their help. In the ambulance we waited again because the nurse is not there to endorse, so we waited again. My wife need to convince the paramedic guy to go to hospital because the nurse did nothing on the patient. Thankfully my wife is holding her phone that time. Or she couldn’t have pay the bill and go back to the hotel. They did not even check on them in the hospital. They prioritized to hide them that their safety. We asked explanation from them but they just turn us down giving us empty words. So parents be wary… it’s not family friendly. My kid was hurt and they did nothing

Staff from Housekeeping should check whether the room needs to be cleaned up. Other than that , I had an excellent experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an outstanding stay at Novotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm, friendly, and professional service. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a modern, stylish design that made it feel both relaxing and inviting. One thing we really appreciated was how spacious the room was—it gave us plenty of space to move around comfortably and even work without feeling cramped. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep after a long day. The shower was another highlight, with excellent water pressure that made every shower refreshing and enjoyable. Every detail, from the beautiful aesthetics of the hotel to the cleanliness and comfort, reflected the high standards of the property. Combined with the outstanding hospitality of the staff, our stay exceeded expectations. We highly recommend Novotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed hotel with exceptional service. We will definitely be back!

Helpful staff, breakfast buffet was good

We have stayed at this property twice already and we enjoy the location. Its proximity to many places is second to none. The service in the hotel ranks high on our list; Filipino customer service is outstanding(10/10). They are always trying to offer the best options available with great attention to detail and professionalism. We enjoyed the variety of the menu for breakfast and the Italian gelato at the hotel. Pros: Location, location,location, cleanliness, service quality, freshness of the food, professionalism across every department. Cons: Size of the rooms( We are a family of 3) couple with a 15 year old child. It is not very comfortable for 2 grown adults to sleep on 1 twin bed, small maintenance details spotted on the shower area( silicone must be reapplied around shower areas-rooms 1902 & 1615)

Hotel is gorgeous and so is the surrounding area . Pool is amazing as well. Malls and restaurants are in the vicinity so no need to book an expensive grab However , you can hear the television from next door ( which is unusual for a hotel of this calibre) Pls make sure you include breakfast with your booking because it will be 2-3 x the price when you do it on site .
