低於平均 The first room 716 the aircon not cooling,we were moved to 610 cooling a little bit. The toilet get flooded after you shower,no shower curtain 610. 716 half glass cover but toilet gets flooded after. Dangerous as guest will slip and a hazard. The staff are super helpful and approachable.The hallway in 6th floor smells like canal when you walk to your rooms . Very bad smell. Breakfast ok.Wont book there again . Very disappointing.

Bathroom drainage is clogged every time you take a shower water doesn’t flows down in the clogged drainage causing flooding in the entire floor or the toilet

When I checked in to the hotel at around 7:00pm, they couldn’t find my reservation in the system, despite me showing them a copy of the email. It took them over 45 minutes to sort things out.
