Bathroom needed a deeper clean in some small places restaurants great and on site close to everything staff very helpful especially the older man on the front desk goes out of his way to be helpful and just seems to be his positive attitude with everyone nothing to much trouble and informative of local sites and things to do.

The hot tub was not hot enough and there are no outlets above the desk. Other than that. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

In a very convenient area in Vancouver. Not a large hotel. The hallways elevators and rooms are a tight space. I have stayed in micro hotels that are larger. But it's clean and near a lot of fun places.

Comfortable room and good location

This is a very convenient location if you are going to a concert in Rogers Arena for sure! The rooms are small but comfortable bed and clean. The two restaurants are good enough and in general, the location is great. The parking is getting revamp, I assume, and it's very tricky coming in and out of the place. They were also accommodating me in extending an hour for late checkout.

I like the convenience of the restaurants, that’s about it. the sink in our bathroom was ridiculously so small. And there was no place to put anything. The carpet was nasty dirty. Was not too impressed.

Amazing staff!!! They upgraded me to a suite and were super helpful with an early check in. Beautiful and clean room
