Everything was fantastic. My flight was delayed, I called to let them know and Melissa greated is warmly when we arrived after 1am. Room is spacious, very clean and lots of amenities.

Excellent location. Would definitely stay again. Only odd thing is a see through shower so you look into the bathroom from the bed.

The lady who checked me in was rude and condescending. I’ve never been treated like that in my life. Called me liar (when I never lied) and said she would refuse my check in for no reason whatsoever.

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Excellency service with staff, comfortable bed, and quiet even during FIFA World Cup game. Breakfast cost extra but was very good. Used the pool, washer and dryer, and gym area. All clean and well maintained. Hotel was downtown but safe and convenient. Also used valet parking for rental car which was convenient and helpful.
