Excellent location, good size rooms, but the breakfast was pretty terrible on both mornings.

Nice room, good location. I don't want to set expectations too high, but the included breakfast was far better than the standard breakfasts you get in hotels in the US. If you can't find something you like at the breakfast, you are too picky.

The location was excellent. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was better than in any other hotels in europe

Overall a great hotel. It would have been nice to have an ala carte menu for breakfast rather than only the buffet. At least would like to be able to have just coffee somewhere in the hotel. The room was fine but the mattress for the bed was extremely hard. The staff was able to put on a mattress foam pad to fix that. Staff were very friendly and responsive to everything we asked for.

Front desk staff super nice and very helpful. Location is fantastic. Would stay here again!

Los trabajadores muy amables , excelente ubicación, la habitación súper espaciosa pero el colchón y la almohada estaban muy duros , terminé con dolor de cuello

Room nicely decorated and clean, no coffee/tea facilities no complimentary water in the room which you would expect from the 5* hotel. Corner of the bath , part of the panel was broken, had a big hole. Breakfast wasn't exciting- cheap food (selection of meat and sausages), even cakes did not taste very nice . They had loud music till midnight which was ok but it would of been good to be made aware of it.
