Location close to the old town Square was very concenient. Unfortunately, there were unmade beds and wet towels in the bathroom when we arrived. When we phones the reception they were unable to resolve the issue until we communicated the issue via What's App and requires us to send photos of the problem. The WC/shower/sink are are very tight with no ventilation. The unit is not air conditioned but there was a standing fan available which was very helpful on a hot day.

The room was really quite good. Travellers should just be aware of the potentially long walk or taking another taxi between the companies reception and the actual accommodation. Actual accomodation was near the national museum.

Clean Room, Great communication with Staff. Kitchen facilities were good. Plenty of space in the Apartment. Perfect location in the Old Town, close to the Metro and lots of eating options closeby. The Reception/Check-in is in a different location than the Apartment, so you will have to walk 10 minutes further along. The downside and the factor that brings the rating down was the amount of noise at night, which was quite terrible. On two nights in a row we had some guy knocking on our door between 2-4am looking for somebody...and on our last night there seemed to be an older group hosting a party which was so loud we had to go outside of our room to tell them to quieten down. Not the safety or quiet aspect that you need when travelling as a family with two small children.

Location location! Very convenient and walking distance to old town square, Charles bridge and Prague castle. Lots of food option. Check-in location to apartment is about 10 minutes walk. Even thou with elevator, there are many steps to climb. Definitely a challenge for older folks with luggage. Service staff responded quickly to inquiry and help. Minimum amenities..bring your own shampoo and shower gel.

Place was great, price good and it was a tidy apartment. However, slightly misleading when you book that the address on Expedia is the main office and not the apartment. We ended up being a 15-20 minute walk from the address shown. Probably naive on my behalf, but something to be aware of for others

The location is perfect. 20-25 min walk to the most beautiful places in Prague.

Clean and functional flat, very central and secure. Has everything you need.
