Very nice hotel ,clean room with public transport links very close by

Leonardo is the best! Friendly, fun and extremely helpful. This is a perfect location, an easy to walk to old town, charles bridge, prague castle, national museum. Even Vyšehrad is 25 min walk. Ton of restaurants and caffès just a few minutes walk. Metro stop is in the front. Helpful staff, clean room, only the pillows are pretty uncomfortable, otherwise everything else was perfect.

Great location in city center, near Pavlova tram and subway but still very quiet in the hotel. Clean and cozy room. Great breakfast !

Needed a hotel for an emergency situation. The hotel was happy to take our money, but then not let us check in. When we tried to get a refund (minutes after booking) they refused.

It's good, because is in good position for going to every where

Nice hotel with an excellent breakfast

I totally recommend this hotel. It is very clean, and room was very nice, it was wide enough and have all the essentials. It is situated in a very beautiful and active area, there are restaurants, markets, and even shisha bars around, near the transportation, it is close to the opd town. The owner of the hotel is very kind and gentle, and all the staff are kind, and this is very important for a foreigner, especially when you are a solo female traveler. I would stay at this hotel next time, it was a short stay but a very pleasent stay, it made the whole trip worth it. Thank you so much for the beautiful hospitality.

All room options were advertised as including a free buffet breakfast. As we were staying over christmas this was a large part of our decision to book the hotel. The owner refused to give us breakfast despite accepting that they wrote the advertising description, and admitting that this was a common issue. When we asked them to correct the false advertising (seeing as they clearly refused to provide what was promised) they simply shrugged and said they could. They became agressive when pressed about the issue and left my wife in tears. Worst experience on our entire europe trip.

Very good apart from the bathroom. Shower was to low unable to stand underneath to wash.

Friendly service at a well maintained hotel near the city center. We enjoyed our stay there.
