Great location, staff were really helpful with our situation, and breakfast was great!

I was hesitant about this hotel because of the location as I thought it would be far from what we wanted to see, but I am so happy that I went for it. It's located close to transit but since Bolt/Uber are super cheap in Prague anyway, we used that instead. It is about a 10 minute drive to Charles Bridge, for example. Our room was large, had a bar fridge, and a double-sink bathroom. The breakfast is A+ and tbh I'm still thinking about it lol. Soooo much variety of meats, protein, fruit, drinks, and sweets. In terms of the neighborhood, it was very quiet at night. There's a lovely Vietnamese restaurant down the street, a delicious café around the corner, and the kebab place across the street was amazing. These are just a few of the places that I explored but there's quite a bit in walking distance of this hotel. 5/5 stars. I would 100% stay there again!

The hotel was fine, but a little dated. It was a bit noisy at night because the corridors were tiled, not carpeted and the room doors were heavy and closed loudly.

Room was great, breakfast was super delicious and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Good, clean rooms with helpful staff. Complementary breakfast was good and a great way to start a day. Hotel was about a 15 minute walk to old town but still had a number of restaurants and shops around it. Well situated.

Room was clean and nice and spacious. We had to hunt around for plug points - and ended up using the double plug point which the bedside lamps were plugged into, whereas our friends in a room on the floor below had USB points. The shower screen was not particularly effective. Breakfast was nice and decent amount of choice. Hotel in good location but quite a walk from the old town (30 minutes). Bolt is not expensive however.

Ok breakfast

The front desk reception were very good. Not ideal if you have mobility issues. Breakfast was fine. Room fairly small but perfectly OK if used just as base for sight-seeing. Very convenient for trams. Helpful in organising airport transfer.
