Level of service in this unusual design hotel is excellent. Staff is friendly and ready to help promptly in an efficient manner. Room service ordering is very convenient and delivered fast through their digital system which offers an extensive choice. Minimalist decor in the room and ethereal atmosphere.

We stayed at The Sanderson for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was completely ruined by being woken up at 3am by people having a party and talking all morning.

This was our first time staying at the Sanderson. The check-in staff were very helpful and moved us to a quiet room.
The room itself was tired and had a few issues. The hairdryer was broken and needed to be replaced, and the light in the toilet kept flickering on and off. The rug in the room was also dirty and in need of a thorough clean.
The location, however, was very convenient for us. It's just a shame that the hotel did not live up to our expectations.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sanderson London. The location was walking distance to several restaurants, as well as to Oxford Street. The street was also quiet, so when it was time for sleeping, there was very little outside noise to disturb us.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made our stay very pleasant. We also really enjoyed using the spacious and well equipped gym while we were at the property for 5 nights.
Our room was large, and the king sized bed was a great treat - our only complaint was that the AC just wasn't able to keep our room cool during the heat wave, and house keeping kept raising the blinds in the day time, when we tried to keep them lowered during the day to help keep our room cool.
Overall a good experience!
