Excellent location. Staff went the extra mile. Room had a slight cigarette smoke scent so ask for a non smoking room.

Could be so much better as a five start hotel. The elevator broke down for couple hours which was inconvenient. The lounge area always has coffee which is a major plus. Good breakfast. Hotel had a distinct smell that could be improved. Staff is nice. Jacuzzi def not worth the money to ‘rent’ out. It’s in a little corner with views of other roofs. It should be included in the stay or at least included with massage purchase. The steam room wasn’t working two out of the three days I stayed there, the sauna was great. The massage was amazing- two hours Monoi was definitely worth it.

Fantastic clean nice employee

Hotel was well situated within steps of old town square, the Jewish Quarter, etc. it was well maintained, had a typical boutique hotel vibe, including complimentary coffee, etc, 24/7. The negatives: concierge was not very knowledgeable about anything we asked him many things in the room did not work, I.e light above toilet, warming towel rack. In general, I would rate this a 4 star and NOT a 5 star property.

I really enjoyed my stay at Emblem Prague. The staff were very nice and helpful and the suite was very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel with an sandi

The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and courteous. The breakfast was fresh and had enough options. The location is awesome.

The hotel itself is very well located. It’s a small boutique hotel. The staff is cold and not very friendly. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but we had to cancel the first night due to our flight being cancelled out of Montreal. I contacted the hotel to let them know and They refused to waive the fees for the first night. The rooftop with the Hottub has to be reserved in advance and is private and the room are small.
