The location in relation the railway wasn’t excellent. The breakfast was very good and lots of good choices.

A great stay at Grandium Hotel. The breakfast is delicious ,the bed was comfortable, and the A/C worked really well. It's in a good location!

We booked this hotel largely because of its advertised spa and sauna facilities, only to discover on arrival that these required an additional payment, with no clear indication during the booking process. This was extremely disappointing. We raised the issue with reception during our stay, yet the hotel later claimed it had only been brought to their attention after our departure and refused to accept any responsibility. To make matters worse, the room had no proper blackout curtains, allowing daylight to flood in from early morning and making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, a disappointing experience due to poor transparency and a lack of customer care.

Very disappointing stay. The room was also poorly equipped for sleeping, with no proper blackout curtains, so daylight flooded the room early every morning. Overall, a lack of transparency and disappointing customer service.

The breakfast is good with variety

Arrived at the hotel and checked in with little issue (although be very careful, expedia does not always send over the right rates so we had a fight to get the included breakfasts). Room was nice and quiet but could have been cleaner (my partner found hairs on the floor that weren't ours), it also needed to be better maintained; a fair number of marks, toilet seat not sitting properly/moving, the bathroom door scraping/catching on the floor. Going back to the breakfasts these seem to get good reviews, but frankly they were ok at best. Decent selection but not particularly good quality. UHT milk, fruit juice was diluting juice, soggy bread rolls (not sure if they were maybe defrosted), omelette bar makes them like pancakes. We ended up going out a couple of days (once because of the issue above, once through choice) and got better for cheaper so it depends on if you want volume or quality.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au Grandium du 11 au 13 juin 2026, nous avons été emballés par l'hotel, très bel hotel, beau hall d'entrée, restaurant, bar. Le personnel à l'acceuil nous a donné toute l'information avant meme de la demander. Concernant le déjeuner il est fabuleux et il y a de tout pour avoir fait beaucoup d'hotel en Europe c'est l'un des meilleurs déjeuners que nous avons eu digne des grands resorts dans le sud. Notre chambre au 3ieme étage était spacieuse lit confortable et grande salle de bien et très propre. En conclusion je recommande fortement cette hotel qui est à 5 minute de la gare, pour son service impeccable vous ne serez pas déçu.,
