Location was good. Well connected by Tubes. Rooms are compact with not a lot of space. Breakfast was ok, but they had exactly same breakfast every day.

The area i love but the hotel was a disappointment. The first time it was amazing this time around it was not.

Kettle in the room was rusty - so did not use it. No tea coffee facilities at reception until breakfast so went out for a coffee.

There was no signage in King Street to indicate that the entrance to the hotel was no longer on King St where it should have been (at 120-124). The original Holiday Inn was closed down and for lease as well as under apparent renovation. I took the chance on walking down the street a full block away to find the Holiday Inn Express tucked in the back far away with no visible entrance nor signage. This was most inconvenient and stressful for me as I had walked from Hammersmith Station and gone way past 120 King since I was expecting to see a hotel right on King Street. This is not unreasonable. Although the accommodation was okay, it was a far cry from what was advertised. At £168 for one night, I felt that I should have been given a discount for the inconvenience. Can you assist with a partial refund please? I have photos.

This hotel is located on King Street, right in the middle of the action. There are lots of restaurants, stores, a park and the Hammersmith Bridge walking path along the Thames River. It is close to both the rail and bus stations. For London, it is a lowered priced hotel in comparison to the touristy area of Soho. Breakfast was good and there was a bar offering drinks in the common area but we did not experience it. The staff was helpful.

Not given the correct room

Hotel location is good. But you can hear the trains, toilets dont flush. Honestly other than the connectivity part there is nothing positive to state to staying here. you need to be a sound sleeper to get through the noise. I personally wont stay here again. Breakfast is consistent.

Room was clean but very basic. Ok if you can put up with the rumble of trains passing by every 2 minutes until around 1am and then again from 5am. That said it was in a convenient location for the venue I was going to. Plenty shops and places to eat. Ok for a short visit. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Sliding shower head was hard to keep in the up position. Good breakfast. Bed was comfortable.

Half of the rooms didnt have working Air conditioners. We landed amidst heatwave in London in late evening and when we reported to front desk in the night , they lied they fixed the central AC settings.But no luck, then we pushed for change of rooms and were temporarily assigned 2 separate rooms for our family even though were told it could be our room for remainder of the stay. Morning 7am were woken up to move to another room. Many guests complained of the same issue!! Hotel is aware but dont do anything. Breakfast is average, same menu for all 3 days we stayed. But location is good , lot of restaurants and shops outside.
