The staff were friendly and accommodating. I love that there is free water and coffee all the time.

The room was clean and staff were excellent. It was close to a tube station and in a very nice area. For our stay, our room was at the top floor during a heatwave, which was not nice as there is no air con. There is a controller for it, but it must be broken. The staff kindly provided us 2 fans to try and help but the room was still incredibly hot during the night.

This was a great boutique hotel conveniently located 1 block from the Earl’s Court tube station. It is not well marked. It is not equipped for those with limited mobility.

We stayed at the Prime for 5 days. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend them for your stay. It is centrally located with plenty of different restaurants and shops. Cannot say enough at how wonderful the staff.

The hotel was pleasant. Sadly no air-con but a minor complaint for a well placed and reasonably priced place

Clean room, the AC worked great, the bathtub was a real added value after the long days of walking.

My 17 year old son and I came to London from Canada for a concert. The hotel is perfectly located with easy access to the underground and wonderful restaurant options near by. The staff were remarkably friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

A really nice little hotel which knocks the spots off the big-boy chains by it's very professional and personable staff. The only thing missing was effective air conditioning but many others don't have this either. Cleanliness and great staff will ensure we're back again :-)
