Terrible hotel, two days no A/C very poor management. If you open window very big noise from the street because there is too many bars. They call it HOTEL but level is more close to hostel

Great location and responsive hosts. Recommend

Our stay was lovely. The room was spacious and the location was perfect for exploring. We were a family of four in a family room. Close to metro in the historic center. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a wonderful touch! Also, there is an elevator for those who need it.

Do not book this place. No staff onsite.They contacted us direct via WhatsApp and demanded we pay via a third party. We tried to contact them via the phone number on their website and it was disconnected. We had to contact Wotif, who verified the message was from the hotel and not a scam. Copies of our passports also had to be sent before arrival. The lock on the room was broken. The glass door of the bathroom and in the shower is weird. Noisy outside with bars located below the window of the room. We waited around for the breakfast they didn’t provide. They claim they left a note, but there was not anything. This was the worst experience and ruined our stay in Napoli.

Such a cute place to stay, cozy and modern. I loved how spacious the rooms were. Away enough so it's not too loud outside, but there are plenty of cute pubs downstairs and a pizza place called OWAP around the corner. The place was clean and well kept. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was so attentive and helpful.

We loved our stay here! First, the location was excellent and easy walking distance to many sights and places to see. Second, the staff was wonderful and helpful. Third, the breakfast was very tasty! I also have to say that everything was clean and ready for our visit. We were able to keep our luggage before check in on our arrival day and were able to store for the day before departure as well. I would highly recommend staying here and will stay next time I return to Napoli!

On Expedia it said breakfast buffet, it was not. It was continental and they bring you what you ordered the night before. The location was good

Francesca and the Melrose staff were hands on “All the time” Great location, only a few feet away from Spacca Napoli. Great Bars next to the location, great drinks. amazing vibe. Family room was perfect for the 4 of us . Strongly recommend this location.

Really nice bed and breakfast in the heart of Napoli center. Tons of amazing restaurants around for lunch and dinner and the hotel breakfast is delightful. Highly recommend this spot.
