Súper bien ubicado a pocos pasos del Metro para ir a los principales lugares turísticos , buenos restaurarta y cafés cercanos , zona segura y con facilidad de transporte . Excelente servicio de Wifi AC, limpio y confortables camas

Excellent customer service from the get-go. Room was clean and spacious enough with some complimentary water bottles and drinks in the fridge. We had an issue with the water not draining out in the shower and the young receptionist came to try and fix it as their maintenance person is not on-site every day. Hotel is in a not-so-desirable neighbourhood but only a 10-minute walk from many popular restaurants and attractions. Great quality price ratio. Would definitely stay again!

The actual apartment was very nice and perfect for our requirements. I wasn’t too keen on the area, at night, and felt nervous. Communication beforehand was excellent. The gentleman at reception, on our first day, was cheerful and helpful. However, I couldn’t give full stars as, on our checkout day, the staff on duty were sour faced and lied about the closing time. I can understand they are concerned about individuals collecting their luggage but it could have been mentioned that, if we were not back in time, we can’t access our luggage (instead of a bare-faced lie).
I doubt I”ll stay here again. Yes, only for that reason.

Our stay was comfortable. The staff was helpful, especially the young lady at the front desk. We was impress with the cleanliness of the studio.
