Great staff!!! This is a great place to stay. It is clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff assisted us beyond expectations. It seemed to be centered within everything we needed for our stay. The historical sites were within walking distance. All our food needs were within a few blocks. The train station was close, but we only used it once. There was even a laundromat that was only about a 10 minute walk. If I had to find a complaint, it would be luggage storage. It is located in a restaurant/bar and about five minutes from the property. You have to climb some narrow winding stairs and leave the luggage in what appears to be a storage room for the business. It seemed kind of sketchy; however, the staff on site are nice, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!!!

LOCATION WAS GREAT. WE WERE ABLE TO STORE OUR BAGS UNTIL OUR ROOMS WERE RREADY. EVERYTHING IS DONE VIA "WHAT'S APP" BUT THE STAFF IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND ANSWERS ALL QUESTIONS. ALSO, THIS HOTEL IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ROOSTER CAFE WHERE ALL THE WAIT STAFF WERE GREAT AND FUNNY AND HELPFUL.

The hosts of this property were so accommodating. Communication was excellent. They were able to provide transportation to the property from our cruise ship in a timely and comfortable fashion. They also were able to transfer 8 women traveling at different times and on different days to the airport, also on time and in comfortable fashion. This is a building being renovated and they are doing a wonderful job. Our unit was lovely and comfortable. The few hiccups we had were handled quickly and efficiently. Personally, I can confidently recommend this property to anyone traveling to Athens. They are centrally located with many restaurants and shopping venues nearby. So in a nutshell, stay at Rooster Suites.

Can not fault this property in any way. Communication from booking to arriving was fantastic with all questions answered promptly. I popped to the Rooster Cafe, a minutes walk from the accommodation, before check-in and they helped me pay my room tax as I was having technical network problems. The accommodation was so secure, as a female solo traveller thats so important. The room was clean with everything you needed, the make-up towel was genius . . . Why do more places not do this! Safe was easy to use with a key for all your valuables, aircon easy to work and a hot shower every day. The area felt safe and was a short walk to everything you need. The airport bus drops you off and collects you literally a 10 min walk from the accommodation. I would 100% recommend and will definitely book again if I visit Athens. Very friendly

The suit was clean, comfortable bed, walking distance to city centre.

The check in was the weak point. A typical hands off, impersonal check in, with little communication. On the expedia confirmation it says that a completed form and passport copies need to be sent to them in advance. In the end we found out that wasn't required. The owner needs to get Expedia to remove that from the site! In the end it was pretty easy. We had to stand by the entrance door, pay our taxes by secure transmission, and then we got a code for the front door and another for the apartment. Of course we had to turn on Global roaming to get that info which costs us money. Once inside the apartment it was fine

Great roomy property. 4 adults stayed and we didn’t feel overcrowded. Comfortable and clean. The only tricky part was turning on a switch for a hot water at least 15 minutes before taking a shower. Other than that, we had a really good stay here.

The room was very clean very nice decorated well. There was a nice couch . The staff was very easy to communicate with, and they were very accommodating to us and helped us with shuttles to different places in Athens and back-and-forth to the airport. I would stay here again.

When plumbing is used like turning on the tap shower or flushing the toilet the noise from the water pressure is loud
