The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Although small the room had all amenities required. Very quaint and exceptionally well located. Would not hesitate to return.

Central to everything, very walkable, great breakfast. Clean, great staff.

Locations was perfect. Close to the metro when you’re coming from the airport or to connect to any metro line. Rooms are small but very clean. And very close to the major sites. the cathedral, the Agusta Arch, santa Justa lift. And the famous tram 28 has a stop right outside the hotel.

The hotel was in a great area, nice breakfast selection and really quiet. Highlight was Maria, she was so friendly and helpful. You’re lucky to have her!!
