Very comfortable, sizable room. A/C worked well.

Great location. Nice room, clean, with fridge and TV. Towels and a robe were provided. Comfortable bed. Air con. Great price. Would definitely return.

Our room had a refrigerator that was not working well and when I mentioned it to the staff they said there are no extra ones Our shower backed up every time we used it. Mentioned it to the staff and we were left extra towels to assist with us cleaning it up. Breakfast was amazing and well ran. The food was delicious and it was a spacious dining area. Very well situated hotel which made it easy to get around. Staff were very polite and helped whenever they could.

The room and bathroom looked new and clean

My room 107 had a water leak in the ceiling. Forgot to mention on check out.

Very nice renovated room. We hoped for a phone charging port and included breakfast. Lots of places around to go out for breakfast.

Never eat breakfast there as to many options close by to try. Had a very tiny cute room. Perfect for a solo traveler like myself. Staff were amazing and friendly, lots of transportation options close by. My room was quiet and clean walls need to be repainted, but over all I was very pleased and would definitely recommend as a solo traveler that is in Lisbon to tour around and is not planing to sit in room all day. Front desk people are very nice, helpful and willing to help out with getting you around the city and feeling conftrable. Very affordable and shower pressure is awesome!
