Awesome location and beautifully spacious and well appointed and even with construction of a new tower next door, noise was nearly non existent Definitely coming back for future business trips

I would recommend this hotel/apartments to anyone all the staff are so nice the place is clean and it’s so cheap for what you get the rooms are clean beautiful view of the Broadwater from most rooms as I stay here a lot and get moved around. Definitely stay here if you are ever on the Gold Coast.

Nice modern apartment in 10th floor with amazing water views. We got an upgrade on arrival. One window in main bedroom has no curtain or blinds so sun comes in early in morning. Cleaning could be better but otherwise good stay

The check-in process was extremely frustrating. It required multiple phone calls telling me I'd receive links to confirm check in which didn't come through. Even with all the phone calls to confirm, the process the check-in confirmation was not provided until two hours after the scheduled check-in time. The intercom code also did not work, which meant we had to wait for someone else to arrive before we could access the letterbox. The designated car park was already occupied. As instructed, I contacted reception, but the callback came an hour later and the guidance provided on alternative parking was confusing and inadequate. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was not clean. There was hair throughout the bathrooms and on the bedding, live cockroaches in the cupboards, and the hand soap in the bathroom was empty. The shower door handle was missing, and the balcony door did not lock, which raised safety concerns. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.
