Did a late-check in which was difficult to organise on the day (search for the hotel for contact details, the number on Expedia just rings out) however after-hours security can get you in with booking number, ID and credit card ($200 deposit).
2-ply toilet paper was really disappointing after the impression the lobby made.
Short walk from public transport and amenities. Would recommend if this was cheaper than the $230ish we paid p/night.

Car parking available means Valet park only for $35 per night. Soap dispenser empty in bathroom. Building going on right next door - trucks moving at 5.30am, can’t open anything because of noise and dust - should be some information regarding this when you book. Otherwise the rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable.

This place is really lovely! I love all the wall art and beautiful wallpaper.
The only downside was having to walk theough the cold pool to get to the hot spa.

Hotel staff allowed two males to enter my room whilst we were sleeping (mum & son). Massive breach of privacy! Unable to resolve issues with hotel - lack of ownership over incident. Room is not clean. Dirty room
