The location was ideal for Tivoli and where our tour started. The hotel offers laundry service which was awesome and a good price. There is no air conditioning but they do provide a fan and can give you an extra one which made it fine. We do recommend the hotel invest in black out curtains as even at night the sun is out (or be sure to pack sleep masks).

Towels were not soft. No room at the sink.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is very close to Tivoli Gardens, the train station and many bars, restaurants and shopping. The rooms are in need of updating/re-design. There was a very uncomfortable looking stone bathtub in the area with the bed which just got in the way. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I’m staying a third time next weekend! It’s a beautiful hotel and so close to the metro, train, bus and a lot of activities - highly recommend! Best part is how eco friendly it is!

Fantastic location near to the central train station and easy walking to local attractions, restaurants, bars etc. very modern with wonderfully comfortable beds. I would stay here again definitely.

Lovely clean sustainable hotel with very relaxed atmosphere

Wonderful hotel and fabulous location. We got stuck in the elevator, which was marginally disconcerting…. but we were promptly rescued and the stairs worked great.

Tidy enough but not spectacular

Very friendly staff, nice property, THE BEST breakfast, close to everything. We had an absolutely lovely staying at Axel Guldsmeden! :)
