Meget var ganske fint, men et forhold trækker betydeligt ned på helhedsindtrykket af Hotel Savoy: Vi havde reserveret 4 værelser og ankom til hotellet kl. 13.30. Det ene værelse var rengjort og klar, så vi ville gerne sætte kufferterne på værelset. Det kostede 260 kr. at få adgang til værelset 1,5 time før. Det har vi aldrig oplevet på andre hoteller, og opleves som VIRKELIG DÅRLIG SERVICE.

very friendly helpfull staff - the bathroom was clean and super nice towels Sheats and soap -well in the room there were old spots on the wall ( blood ?)beside the window and the floor and the shelves by the bed could have been better - we did not ask for ekstra cleaning - well we only had to sleep there it was a green hotel and not a lot off staff… so we think that they were very busy.
