We only stayed here for one night before our flight. The hotel was lovely and modern. Very pretty room. It says online that they offer laundry, but it’s by item, not weight like most places we stayed at. Something to know if you were doing a refresh like us!

Amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for me. Great, clean rooms in a good location and the free breakfast buffet is a bonus tool

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Location was very concurrent. The staff was extremely helpful and booked an airport car pick up service as well as car service for the following day. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Perfect stay, super clean with really comfy bed

My only complaint is that the window did not open. Good breakfast clean room and hotel. Staff were great

Staff was great, room was spotless. Location was perfect.

The staff were so kind and helpful! The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. Breakfast had many options to fit everyone's needs but the pho stood out as a must have. The hot water heater had a small tank, but it wasn't a big deal. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Ha Noi

I can’t recommend this hotel enough the rooms are clean, breakfast is very good and the staff are excellent.

Staff very accomodating, hotel’s location excellent and kept very clean

Support from the reception desk was fantastic. Great location and very clean, comfortable rooms
