Check in was a hit or miss. We weren’t able to get our code until we paid the security deposit which the link that was provided was not working so it was a bit of a hassle. Also, when we officially got settled we noticed a few issues throughout the unit. One of the rooms is missing a TV remote, and the TV itself appears to be glitching. Additionally, neither of the showers is producing hot water. We also noticed a few stains on the sheets and pillows, and the blind handle is broken as well also a cockroaches big and small. When I called the front desk to make them aware of this situation, the man stated “it’s just one bug” when in fact there was multiple bugs and it made this stay very uncomfortable to the fact that I left early. Overall, one out of 10 I will give this day a five. There was no proper communication. There was no hot water. The freezer did not freeze, and there was also children running above our heads.

The check in /check out times where a bit difficult with our schedule. However the staff was very helpful with us.

I have a large bite on my leg from staying at this location will be seeking to go to hospital today if that swelling in my leg does not go down and pain to walk.

Overall not great. The pool was nice.. otherwise, do not recommend. Numerous communication efforts made with host before and during the trip without success which was very frustrating. Our trash was not changed for 3 days. Asked for trash bags and was not provided, told they “had no more”. Pool trash cash was overflowing, spare bathroom had no toilet paper which they did not refill despite being notified. Our bathroom water was ONLY hot.. bathroom sink and shower were only hot, had to brush our teeth with hot water. Asked for exchange bath towels and none were brought. Our beds only had a sheet, no comforter or extra blankets provided. Our shower did not drain, no attention given dispute asking.

Location was excellent to walk over and visit Little Havana. Really nice warm pool. The air conditioning did not work and we roasted. There were no top sheets on the beds. Also no silverware. Because we had no air conditioning, we had the windows open and woke up to rosters noises. For the price, I had higher expectations. Great location, nice new kitchenette, nice shower, nice building.
