Easy location for onstreet parking, close walk to CBD, and very convenient for motorway connections. Clean and safe for solo travellers.

Reception was polite but didn't have any emergency toothpaste to replace toothpaste confiscated by Australian airport security

We arrived late and tired. Team member Raj had communicated late check in process very clearly so we went straight to our room. We were pleasantly surprised, the room is very very clean, modern, comfortable and we were upgraded which was such a blessing. This morning Raj was also very helpful, informing us of what was around. This is customer service at its best. Thank you, we will be back.

Check in was a bit confusing but that’s because it was my first time ever in Auckland NZ, other then that hotel was amazing very clean very respectful and tons of privacy, I can definitely see myself staying here again with future friends and family!

Clean room. Had washing machine and dryer which we werent expecting. Didnt need it, but nice to have. Great location for our needs. Felt safe walking. Parked outside the reception area, and free parking feom 6pm to 8am. Wasnt sure if the car would be safe there, but no issues at all.
