Great room, staff and location

No problems.

I stayed 5 weeks at budget star hotel in Chiang Mai , the room was spotless , the staff was very friendly and professional , the location is what makes it ideal for the price , very walkable area, I checked out a week early and even though I gave them a one day notice they still gave me a refund for the week , which I really appreciated. Will definitely book again next time I’m here in Chiang Mai .

The hotel staff was great, always there to help specifically with all our questions.

Room and bathroom needs to be updated, for the same price I saw others hotels around the area much better, specially bathrooms.

Basic basic old hotel. The facilities are really old and not well maintained. It is ok for 1 night stay

The hotel was lovely. It was very clean and spacious, also had a good location. The staff were great! Very friendly, and willing to help at any time. Very reasonably priced. Would stay here again

Fantastic deal for the price. Nice big King-sized bed, amenities are very basic in a good way. Only thing I would suggest they improve is please get better quality toilet paper! It doesn't cause much, but it makes a world of difference. The ones they provided disintegrate with the least touch of water, making them almost unusable.
