Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free tours offered by the hotel were amazing. The restaurant and rooftop bar were great and the location is perfect.

As a 1st time traveler to Rome, my purpose was to find a place in the center & then mainly walk wherever needed/wanted too. The hotel was immensely clean, staff friendly (multilingual as I really only speak English) were helpful and friendly on all aspects. Their rooftop breakfast has an extremely wide variety for whatever you want, to freshly made espresso orders the way you want. Not one critique on the hotel at all. They communicated timely & even arranged my travel from the airport to the hotel very reasonably & economically. Will gladly return & book another stay if/when I return to Rome. Very highly recommend this place.

Excellent warm welcome when we arrived and showed us to our room, which was immaculately clean and beds were so welcome. We stayed in a larger room In a corridor outside the main hotel which was secure and perfect for us as a mother and three daughters. The breakfast was so varied and staff were super attentive bringing drinks of choice to our table and no rush for anything such a relaxing environment on the roof of the hotel with amazing views ! Staying in Monti is perfect - bakery on the corner nice restaurants and a small supermarket around the corner. 5 mins walk to colliseum and 15 mins walk to Trevi fountain and Pantheon. We took the bus to the Vatican easy route simple option a minutes walk from the hotel. Would definitely stay again !

Not terribly central. Room very basic rather than the de luxe we had asked for. Lift didn’t work and we were on the 4th floor!

Our stay was made even better buy the the staff always going that extra mile ( Anna in particular) the roof top bar is excellent .

Curtain were still wet after being hung Pools of water on the floor. They provided a little beauty kit with a hair band and cotton buds in a little sealed box. After opening the kit, it had been used and the cotton buds were dirty.

The staff is wonderful, and the hotel location is great. The neighborhood feels super safe (there is a police post across the street!). The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection and the freshly made coffee is absolutely delicious! We would absolutely come back.
