First of all, let me say that this hotel literally SAVED the last few days of our trip to Rome. After having reservation fall through, we found ourselves in a bad situation I frantically looked for a hotel nearby that we could walk to and found this one on Expedia, only 300 meters away. We made the trip with our luggage and were warmly welcomed by Alessandro, the receptionist, upon check in. Our room wasn’t quite ready because of the short notice, but he happily stored our luggage so that we could explore the area while they were finishing the room up. A short time later, he messaged me that our room was ready. When we returned, he had already moved our luggage to the room and had turned on the GLORIOUS air conditioner, which I must say was the greatest one we experienced in ALL of Italy!! The hotel was located on a very quiet street with great restaurant and café/bar options all around. Alessandro made excellent recommendations for dining and entertainment, too! We slept great (very quiet), stayed comfortable and safe, and enjoyed very short walks to all of archeological Rome. The Metro line B has a station within 400 meters with connections to Termini Station and DiVinci (FCO) airport. The defining part of this hotel, however, the AMAZING staff. Alessandro, Lorenzo, and everyone else we encountered were so very helpful and welcoming that we will never stay anywhere else!! Don’t hesitate. Just book it!!

Great location!

This is a great place. If you’re looking for a one or two night stay in the Rome area. It is close to everything. The staff are very kind, helpful and they keep in touch. They make recommendations for places to see and for places to eat locally. I recommend them as they were very hospitable. Gratzie

Very friendly staff. The room was big enough and very clean. It's in a lovely neighborhood with lots to do close to the colosseum but it's quiet inside. The hotel is houses on the third floor of a lovely old building and you take an old wooden elevator which is one of the oldest in Rome. Thhotel

Perfect place to stay! Great hosts and super clean room. Super big people beware of the 3' x 3' plastic corner shower. I'm not super big, but still felt like a bull in a china shop. Loved the antique lift! The A/C was great and most attractions are within a 15 minute walk. Taxis and Ubers in Rome are $$$!

The property really needs some upgrades walls in our room we’re dirty the shower was a hand wand no shelves. I know we would never stay there again

The room is basic but clean. Location is excellent. Hosts are great.
