Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I’ll definitely be back!

I stayed for 3 nights in a room with a king bed and balcony with full kitchen. On arrival and throughout my stay the staff were really helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was spacious and fully stocked. I liked the bathroom and kitchen supplies that are afforded. Games and entertainment room were really cool. The room fairly clean, but not fully cleaned, particularly the bathroom. The balcony was unfortunately not really maintained at all so I couldn’t enjoy it much. There were a lot of mosquitoes that came in the hotel room as soon as the balcony door was opened. The bed was unfortunately quite uncomfortable and I had really poor sleeps during my stay. Breakfast was a simple continental breakfast, no hot food. Overall at the price point for the room, I probably wouldn’t stay at the Arlo again.

Central location close to parliament building and shopping centre. Staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are clean. Continental breakfast was good with a variety of basic morning foods

Great location, walkable to many attractions. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only downfall is that there is no parking on site

The hotel was adequate but the price is not justified. Way too expensive for the quality.

The staff was excellent. The room was very clean, however, it was quite small and there was limited room to put our things away. The bathroom was especially small.

Nothing at all and the staff was very no - helpful! And even a young lady discriminated me and harrased me to leave quickly while I was waiting for my Uber driver. And she acted like that in front of so many clients putting shame on me! No respect no polite ! It's my first time to see an hotel where guest are asked to empty their garbages
