The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was free which was nice. There’s a Lone Star restaurant beside the hotel also. We had everything we needed in the room. The only thing I would improve is the bathroom could use some renovation.

The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby was inviting, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner at Myra’s Restaurant —staff are exceptional.

Carpet in the halls were taped together and the bathtub was chipped and rusty. I had colleagues staying in cheaper hotels that were cleaner and better maintained.

Staff at front desk were not very helpful sadly. Salsa I was disappointed that when I uograded to a suite Inwas only given 1 robe? I called front desk to ask for another one and they said they’d reach out to housekeeping and nothing. Only got one robe for 2 adults!!
No bottled water either. You can do better!!
On the plus side - bed super comfy as were pillows and the soap/shampoo available - on point!!

We stayed there for one night. The hotel was clean and the staff were very kind. It was important for me that it be pet-friendly, and this hotel was, which I really appreciated. I was very satisfied with my stay. The location was also very convenient and close to downtown.
