Easy check in / out all done online. I had some questions about parking, they replied to my message with in minutes and were very helpful. Room was clean with a kitchenette which was lovely. There was a record player but no records to play. Great location for us to walk to the Palladium.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. At first, we thought it was a bit pricey, but given the location, parking was available (at a reasonable cost) and all the amenities such as a gym, a pool and an in-unit washer and dryer, it turned out to be a really sweet deal! We were walking distance from Hollywood Blvd and not far at all from Sunset Blvd and other famous streets in Hollywood. Having a kitchen and a porch were also some of the perks. Lastly, we appreciated the ear plugs that were provided in the main room because they definitely came in handy. We are city people so we're used to the noise but it was still a lovely touch.

Me quedé en una habitación familiar , nos encantó , muy moderna y con lo necesario , seguro volveremos , quiero destacar que no tuvimos servicio de habitaciones pk estuvimos 3 días exacto , pero la housekeeping me dio los amenities que necesite y es muy amable

Besides the catching on to the code system, it is in an outstanding location with Great amenities.

Great location to the walk of fame and entertainment center. Rooms clean, modern with kitchen and laundry.

No front desk. All communication with the property is through messaging. They respond fast, but there are a hundred codes needed to take each step. One code for the parking gate, another code for the parking elevator, another code for the front door, another code for the front gate, another code for the room door. I had to request the wi-fi code, because it wasn't provided. I would stay again because the experience overall was all right and the property is nice and well located for my needs. But, I prefer to communicate with human beings, face to face, as much as possible.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The codes to get in were a bit much, we had to punch in for everything. I do appreciate the security but we were pulling out our phones to check the codes all the time. A big fail was the wifi. I don’t have a hotspot so it was challenging to check my email, and I was dropped from my Zoom meeting several times. Even the movies on TV were buffering. Called in to staff to add parking and later tried to extend our stay, for medical reasons I had to stay off my feet for an extra day. Staff was very polite and returned text right away. Laundry in room was a bonus.

Our check-in was a little rough as we requested early check-in. But it was accommodated well. Memorize the front door and room access codes for a smoother experience. Rooms are clean and efficient, with a fully equipped kitchen. Even had a washer, dryer and dishwasher! Good stay and would certainly recommend Fenix Hollywood to others.

Clean rooms, but it’s exactly like a studio apartment.
